COMPANY REGISTRATION
A representative of your company must first register as a person and can then register your company. We check your registration information and if all is OK, your platform account is activated within a day. Now you can invite further staff to use the platform for your company.
PRODUCT DATA STANDARDS
We use OASIS’ Universal Business Language (UBL) as the standard for business processes. Products can be annotated using the eClass taxonomy and/or the Furniture Manufacturing taxonomy. There is also a possibility to extend the product classification scheme.
CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT
You can upload individual products or services, or use a bulk upload mechanism for multiple products, or use the database interface to connect with your own catalogue database. NIMBLE offers an API for this.
CUSTOM BUSINESS WORKFLOWS
The platform offers a variety of business processes ready for immediate use. It is also possible to customise workflows so that they fit with your established procedures.
TRUST & REPUTATION SERVICES
Every transaction you manage successfully will improve your trust rating and you can use the trust ratings in your own search for reputable business contacts. Using a combination of the API channel and EPCIS logistics tracking services, you can easily implement customised tracking and tracing mechanisms along the supply chain, involving suppliers, logistics and manufacturers.
OPEN SOURCE
The NIMBLE software is published under an open source license which means that it can be further developed and improved and that there will always be service providers with sufficient knowledge of the system to solve your business problem. So there is a much lower risk of “vendor lock-in” than with proprietary systems.
