Violeta Damjanovic-Behrendt
Violeta is a Senior Researcher in the area of digital manufacturing platforms and cybersecurity. She has been a member of the Internet of Things (IoT) group of Salzburg Research since 2014. Between 2006 and 2014, she was with the Knowledge and Media Technologies (KMT) group of Salzburg Research, working in the area of knowledge-based content management systems, semantic technologies and ontology engineering. Violeta holds a PhD in Information Technologies from the University of Belgrade.
Prior to joining Salzburg Research in 2006, she was an applications developer (1998 – 2004) and a project manager (2004 – 2006) in the banking industry.
